Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive person to join our team at Atul Paper to handle lead conversions and order processing. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, securing advance payments, and maintaining strong relationships through regular follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Calling on provided leads and converting those leads into confirmed sales orders.
Efficiently collecting customer orders over phone calls to meet daily targets.
Diligent payment follow-up with clients to ensure timely collection of advances.
Dispatching samples and product catalogues via WhatsApp, Email, and other digital platforms.
Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English to interact with clients.
Prior experience in sales coordination or telecalling is highly preferred.
Ability to convince customers and handle objections smoothly during the call.
Basic computer knowledge for sending emails and maintaining lead records.
