Sales Incharge for IVF Fertility Centre

Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for a proactive Sales Incharge to manage patient inquiries and drive treatment conversions. You will act as a vital link between hopeful couples and our medical team, providing essential guidance on fertility procedures and treatment packages.

• Handle all patient inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins.
• Counsel couples on IVF, IUI, and fertility tests, explaining procedures in simple terms.
• Convert leads into consultation appointments and confirmed treatment cycles.
• Coordinate scheduling between patients and fertility specialists.
• Provide transparent information regarding treatment pricing, packages, and payment options.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential patients to build long-term trust.
• Update and manage patient leads within the CRM or clinic records system.
• Assist in marketing support for fertility awareness campaigns and hospital promotions.

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or patient counseling.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive medical inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Proven track record in lead conversion and relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex medical packages clearly.
• Must be comfortable working in-person across our Chennai centers.
