Seasoned Production Supervisor (Fabrication)

Namaste! We are looking for a smart and technically sound Production Supervisor to join our growing team at VTPL. If you have a solid grip on sheet metal fabrication and can lead a team to deliver high-quality industrial vacuum equipment, this is the perfect career move for you.

• Supervising day-to-day operations on the fabrication and sheet metal shop floor. Managing and mentoring a diverse team of technicians and builders to ensure timely delivery. Overseeing the production of complex vacuum pumps, instruments, and turn-key industrial solutions. Maintaining high standards of quality and safety while working on projects for aerospace and defense sectors. Collaborating with the design team to bridge the gap between technical drawings and final assembly.

• Must hold a BE, Diploma, or ITI degree in Engineering. Solid experience of 5 to 7 years specifically in fabrication and sheet metal shop floors. Prior background in the industrial equipment industry is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people effectively. Technically minded individual with a passion for building and innovation.
