Security Officer / Manager - Ex-Servicemen

• Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations at assigned high-profile sites.
• Maintain strict discipline, turnout, and performance standards of the security guard force.
• Conduct surprise checks, drills, and detailed incident reporting to ensure 100% readiness.
• Liaise effectively with local police, fire authorities, and key client stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with site post orders and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee administrative tasks including attendance, reports, and client feedback documentation.
• Manage shift transitions and coordinate between internal teams and client management.

• Must be a retired professional from the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force in the rank of JCO or above.
• Age should not exceed 58 years at the time of application.
• Must be medically fit and physically capable of site-level security management.
• Basic working knowledge of English and a local language is preferred.
• Proven experience in manpower management and maintaining routine discipline.
• Possession of a Service Discharge Certificate and updated resume.
