Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Data Pipelines)

• Develop core product features for LinkedIn and Google Ad formats and platform CRM integrations.
• Enhance AI agent learning capabilities and build robust communication infrastructure between agents.
• Implement advanced AI features using RAG, agentic frameworks, and chatbots.
• Daily execution of OpenAI calls, prompt engineering, and monitoring via Langfuse.
• Drive rapid development cycles using AI coding tools like Cursor and Augment Code.

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on building products from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Primary) and Python (Secondary).
• Proven experience in data engineering, building pipelines for large-scale data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompt engineering, LangChain, or CrewAI.
• Expertise in vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
