Senior AI Engineer - Production Systems

Join Svitla Systems to build production-grade AI systems for an advanced cloud marketing platform. We are looking for a hands-on senior engineer to design scalable AI orchestration layers and high-volume processing pipelines.

• Design and develop production-ready AI backend services and pipelines using Python.
• Architect the platform’s AI orchestration layer and deterministic infrastructure.
• Collaborate with founders to translate product goals into scalable AI workflows.
• Optimize system performance across latency, throughput, consistency, and cost.
• Build structured workflows connecting AI services with internal tools and business logic.

• Extensive experience as a Senior AI/ML Engineer building commercial production systems.
• Expert-level Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs and AI pipelines.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows, backend architecture, and APIs.
• Proven ability to design summarization, extraction, and scoring automation systems.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-step execution pipelines.
