Senior AI Lead - Generative AI Expert

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of innovative AI-based products. Implement advanced AI techniques including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Multi-Stage Reasoning. Develop and optimize Text-to-SQL conversion systems for data-driven applications. Manage model governance and safety protocols using Nemo Guardrails. Build and maintain scalable AI architectures using vector databases and Azure AI Search. Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance for specific industrial use cases. Work with Mixture of Experts (MoE) models to drive efficiency in AI solutions. Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact AI applications.

• Over 8+ years of extensive experience in application development and product delivery. Strong proficiency in Python programming with hands-on experience in LangChain. Solid expertise in working with LLMs and advanced machine learning techniques. Proven experience with vector databases and search technologies like Azure AI Search. Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering methodologies and fine-tuning. Familiarity with model governance frameworks and security guardrails. Professional experience in converting natural language queries into SQL.
