Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop product features including CRM integrations and support for new ad formats.
Build and improve AI agents, communication infrastructure, and agentic frameworks.
Implement and explore RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI image generation.
Optimize prompt engineering and daily OpenAI calls using Langfuse for monitoring.
Accelerate development cycles using AI-powered coding tools like Cursor and Augment Code.
Requirements:
Proven experience with vector databases and AI-driven development tools.
Strong background in building scalable platform features and CRM integrations.
Expertise in prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI).
Experience in start-up environments with a strong 'ownership' mindset.
Ability to learn fast and communicate effectively within a global team.
