Senior Civil Bid and Tendering Engineer

We are looking for a precision-driven Bid Engineer to manage the end-to-end tendering process for our diverse project portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in technical cost estimation and proposal submission, ensuring our bids are both competitive and fully compliant with client requirements.

• Review and analyze comprehensive tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Prepare precise cost estimates, material take-offs, and competitive pricing schedules. Liaise with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to consolidate bid inputs. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure maximum cost competitiveness. Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender conditions. Participate in pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits for accurate risk assessment. Ensure zero-delay submission of all tenders and maintain historical pricing databases. Support the transition of successful bids to the project execution teams.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. 5–8 years of solid experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal management. Deep understanding of BOQs, contract terms, and cost calculation methodologies. Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools like Primavera or CostX. Prior experience with GeM and CPPP portals is a significant advantage. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple submissions. Immediate joiners will be given high preference for this role.
