Senior Data Scientist - Pharma & Gen AI

• Apply machine learning methodologies to predict patient and healthcare professional (HCP) events accurately. Execute sophisticated segmentation and targeting strategies using industry-standard pharma datasets. Implement causal inference techniques to extract deep insights from longitudinal healthcare data. Develop and optimize feature engineering processes for complex medical data structures. Architect and maintain robust end-to-end machine learning pipelines. Create innovative POCs and MVPs utilizing Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt AI services for seamless, lightweight implementation.

• Proven experience in predictive modeling specifically for the US Pharmaceutical domain. Hands-on expertise with datasets like IQVIA, Symphony, or Komodo. Deep understanding of causal inference and longitudinal data analysis. Strong proficiency in building and deploying scalable ML pipelines. Foundational experience in developing Generative AI or Agentic AI applications. Solid command over Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks.
