Job Summary:
Join Seven Doors House, a luxury boutique villa in North Goa, as a Senior Housekeeper focused on Estate Care. We are looking for mindful professionals to maintain our high-end, Goan-inspired environment through meticulous property care and guest service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading the standards of excellence for guest experience and overall property maintenance. Managing meticulous villa care and ensuring all guest areas are in pristine condition. Overseeing laundry management and high-end linen care for the estate. Creating a welcoming, luxury atmosphere through proactive and detail-oriented service. Working within an intimate team to uphold the farm-to-table and forage-driven philosophy. Maintaining a calm, artisanal workspace with a focus on quality over volume.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-end housekeeping or estate management. Proactive, detail-oriented personality with a passion for luxury hospitality. Mindful and professional approach to guest interactions and property care. Willingness to work in a boutique, culturally rooted environment in North Goa.
