Senior HR Professional - Talent & Operations

Join a global leader in metal cutting tools as an HR Professional to lead talent acquisition and organizational development. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance employee engagement in a dynamic international environment.

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, and High-potential employee development.
• Support Succession Planning, Change Management, and Organizational Strategy execution.
• Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring timely merit cycles and bonus plan management.
• Lead employee engagement activities, including Skip-level meetings, Peakon surveys, and festival celebrations.
• Oversee HR Operations, Policy execution, Legal Compliance, and POSH committee responsibilities.
• Manage office infrastructure projects and coordinate office layout renovations.

• Educational background: MHRD, MSW, or MBA in HR.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Proficiency in Workday (WD) system for recruitment and HR transactions.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and legal compliance.
• Ability to provide face-to-face support to managers in complex situations.
