Senior Ocean Freight Accounting Specialist

Priva Container Lines is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist to manage ocean freight forwarding finances. If you have 2+ years of experience in AP/AR reconciliation and carrier negotiations, join our dynamic team in Saket.

• Manage all aspects of AP/AR reconciliation, customer, and vendor accounts.
• File and resolve accounting dispute discrepancies with ocean freight carriers.
• Negotiate with shipping companies to secure favorable terms and transportation rates.
• Continuously enhance operational procedures for ocean import and export processes.
• Maintain accurate weekly dispute records and provide detailed performance reports.
• Establish and manage relationships with origin counterparts and destination partners.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in ocean freight forwarding accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Docs software.
• Strong email communication and internal stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical ability to process logistics data and make informed decisions.
• Mandatory availability for Night and Overnight shifts.
