Join our elite Supply Chain Excellence team to drive end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management implementations for global clients. We are looking for a seasoned expert who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and seamless technical execution in the OTM Cloud ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering sessions, design workshops, and UAT phases for diverse OTM modules.
Draft comprehensive BRDs and technical Design Documents to ensure project alignment.
Collaborate closely with Middleware teams on OTM Integration mapping and data flow logic.
Configure and optimize Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement modules tailored to client needs.
Spearhead data migration strategies, rigorous testing cycles, and provide hands-on go-live support.
Mentor junior consultants and manage high-level client relationships to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of core OTM experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations.
Deep functional expertise in Order/Shipment Management, Agents, SQLs, and Integration with External Apps.
Proven hands-on skills in Style Sheets, Rate Management, CSV Uploads, and Fleet Management.
Foundational knowledge of GTM (Global Trade Management) basics is highly preferred.
Prior experience in Cloud migration programs will be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
