Senior Product Manager for Cyber Fusion Tech

• Define the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer requirements. Manage the entire lifecycle of features, user stories, and technical requirements. Drive the usability vision and oversee user interface designs for better experience. Participate in development and testing reviews to ensure high-quality deployment. Lead product demonstrations and conduct training for operational teams and key clients. Balance the product backlog and suggest technical alternatives to meet design goals. Act as a key leader to foster an innovative product culture within the organization.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an enterprise product environment. Strong background in customer-facing roles as a domain expert. Proven track record of successfully launching excellent products or custom solutions. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without having formal authority. Solid analytical skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication. Technical Bachelor s degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred. UX or User Interface Design skills will be considered a significant advantage.
