Senior Security Consultant Red Team Operations

We are looking for an expert Sr. Security Consultant to lead our Cyber Resilience team and execute advanced red team engagements. If you have a passion for simulating real-world cyber-attacks and bypassing security controls to strengthen client defenses, this is the perfect role for you.

• Plan and lead high-level red team operations to simulate sophisticated cyber-attacks. Develop custom tools and techniques to identify vulnerabilities and bypass security systems. Perform detailed threat modeling and risk assessments to find potential attack vectors. Conduct thorough security evaluations including penetration testing and social engineering. Work with the blue team to validate and improve detection and response capabilities. Communicate complex security findings and remediation strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on offensive security. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or Information Security. Deep knowledge of frameworks like Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, and Burp Suite. Hands-on experience with lateral movement, persistence, and privilege escalation techniques. Professional certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, or CRTO are highly preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills under high-pressure environments.
