Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings.
Coordinate with workers and management to ensure timely project completion.
Manage manpower and material resources efficiently.
Resolve technical issues and monitor safety standards on-site.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of on-site experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Word.
Competencies: Strong leadership, supervision skills, and knowledge in estimation.
