Senior Steward & F&B Captain (Bandra)

Join our elite hospitality team at Sugar Food Corporation in the heart of Mumbai. We are looking for energetic professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage table service and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive food and beverage assistance. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team (CDP/DCDP) to ensure timely delivery of continental and bakery orders. Supervise junior stewards and maintain the cleanliness and decorum of the dining area. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with a professional and hospitable attitude. Assist the F&B Captain in daily briefings, inventory checks, and closing reports.

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverages industry. Candidates must be within the age bracket of 19 to 40 years. Proven skills in guest handling, order taking, and menu knowledge. Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview and work in-person at our Bandra location.
