Join our growing team as a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT domains. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sourcing and stakeholder management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle IT and Non-IT hiring across multiple domains including BFSI, Manufacturing, and Tech
Source high-quality candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search
Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to ensure cultural and technical fit
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients for smooth hiring processes
Efficiently manage ATS tools and candidate pipelines
Requirements:
Proven experience of 2+ years in lateral and bulk hiring
Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
Hands-on experience with ATS and major job portals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet strict deadlines
