Job Summary:
Join a leading MNC as a Service Desk professional and kickstart your career in a dynamic IT environment. We are looking for motivated graduates to handle first-level technical incidents and provide top-notch support to global users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact (L1) for incidents and service queries via phone, email, and chat.
Log, categorize, and track all incoming requests within the service management ticketing system.
Perform basic troubleshooting for standard technical issues using predefined SOPs.
Monitor system alerts and dashboards during assigned shifts to ensure stability.
Escalate complex technical hurdles to L2/L3 teams with detailed documentation.
Maintain strict adherence to SLA timelines and quality compliance standards.
Execute user account tasks including password resets and basic access configurations.
Maintain professional communication with customers regarding their ticket status.
Follow shift handover protocols to ensure seamless support in a 24/7 ecosystem.
Identify recurring technical issues to help improve the internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
Must have completed a Regular Graduation degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting logic.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
