Job Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned Site Manager for the F&B Department at the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels in Mumbai. This is a premier opportunity for hospitality professionals to lead service standards within a world-renowned luxury hotel brand.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage department staff, including scheduling and maintaining high service standards. Ensure an excellent guest experience by upholding luxury hospitality benchmarks. Monitor inventory, kitchen supplies, and implement effective cost control measures. Strictly maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards as per Taj Group protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of intensive experience in hotel operations specifically within the F&B area. Bachelor s Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized institution. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams in a high-pressure environment. Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
