Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated BMS Operator to join our dynamic team for managing building automation systems. If you have hands-on experience with HVAC and chillers, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a global leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage Chiller operations including load, temperature, and pressure parameters.
Handle day-to-day operations of Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Air Handling Units (AHU).
Oversee FCU and VAV system monitoring to ensure optimal climate control.
Respond promptly to HVAC alarms and perform necessary setpoint adjustments.
Maintain accurate daily log sheets and records of system performance.
Focus on energy-efficient operations to reduce utility consumption.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in BMS or HVAC operations.
Strong understanding of Chiller plants and pumping systems.
Ability to manage alarms and technical documentation effectively.
Technical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
