Skilled Die Fitter for PDC Mould Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced Die Fitter to join our Aligarh unit for handling Pressure Die Casting and Trimming Dies. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth tool functioning and perform independent repairs to maintain high production standards for our OEM clients.

• Assure proper functioning of Tools, Die Moulds, and Die Assembly at all times.
• Operate conventional Tool Room machines including Surface Grinders, M1TR, and Lathe.
• Identify and resolve complex problems in Dies independently without constant supervision.
• Perform quick repairs on running dies to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain precision and quality standards for Aluminium and Zinc die cast components.

• Must have ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in the Die Casting industry.
• Good knowledge of Pressure Die Casting Dies and Cutting/Trimming Dies.
• Expertise in using Measuring Instruments and understanding Engineering Drawings.
• Strong grasp of Workshop Mathematical Calculations.
