• Fit, assemble, and install various structural and mechanical components based on specific project needs. Accurately read and execute tasks following basic technical drawings, measurements, and on-site supervisor instructions. Provide essential assistance in the installation and routine maintenance of equipment at major project sites. Operate fitting tools and specialized machinery with full adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Ensure all assigned work is completed within the given deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. Maintain strict discipline and follow all company guidelines and site safety rules at all times.

• Foundational knowledge of fitting work and mechanical techniques is required. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience are preferred, but sincere freshers are also welcome. Must be physically fit and capable of working in a demanding project site environment. Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions from site supervisors clearly.

• Steady full-time employment with a permanent job status in a leading construction firm. Statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) as per company norms. Valuable experience working on mega-scale projects like TATA Steel Kalinganagar.

Candidates must be willing to work in-person at the Kalinganagar industrial zone.
