Join the dynamic manufacturing team at RioSH Technology as an SMT Machine Operator. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to operate and maintain high-tech equipment for accurate PCB assembly in our Bangalore facility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate SMT machines based on production requirements and engineering specs.
Load solder paste, component reels, and consumables accurately onto the machines.
Monitor real-time machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to prevent downtime.
Maintain precise production logs and document any deviations from standard procedures.
Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail in electronic assembly.
Education: ITI, Diploma in Electronics, or relevant technical background.
Experience: 0-2+ years (both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome).
Ability to conduct visual inspections of PCB assemblies to identify defects.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and following engineering specifications.
