Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities by tailoring product offerings to various industries. Plan and prioritize daily sales activities, including cold calling, lead follow-ups, and payment collection. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Callyzer software to effectively demonstrate its value to prospects. Guide customers through the initial setup process and ensure they utilize the software to its full potential. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to close deals within designated timelines. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Provide dedicated client support and coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer queries. Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers through regular engagement and touchpoints.
Requirements:
Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to drive revenue growth. Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as a team player. Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM navigation.
