Staff Cook and Professional Steward

Thrill Factory is inviting well-groomed and energetic individuals to join our team in the beautiful city of Rishikesh. We are looking for candidates who can manage kitchen operations and food service with a high level of professionalism and team spirit.

• Preparing and cooking food items according to established menus and dietary standards. Maintaining top-notch kitchen sanitation, including cleaning workstations, utensils, and storage areas. Managing inventory levels, monitoring stock, and assisting in receiving fresh deliveries. Ensuring strict quality control, consistent portion sizes, and following proper temperature logs (HACCP). Coordinating seamlessly with other staff members to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.

• Proficiency in various cooking techniques such as grilling, roasting, and sautéing. Strong physical stamina to work in high-temperature environments and stand for long durations. Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Previous experience as a cook or prep cook is preferred, but freshers with culinary knowledge can apply.
