Store Executive - Hospitality & Water Park

Aquatica Banquet Resort & Water Park is looking for an efficient Store Executive to manage inventory at our Kolkata premises. This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals to handle stock operations using specialized industry software in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless stock management within the resort. Maintain precise inventory records and handle all receipts, issues, and returns. Utilize Prologic (WebProl IFIC) software for data entry, stock updates, and management. Coordinate effectively with procurement and accounts departments for periodic stock reconciliation. Generate detailed inventory and MIS reports using the Prologic system. Ensure the store area is organized and compliance standards are strictly followed.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in store-keeping or inventory management. Mandatory hands-on experience with Prologic software (WebProl IFIC). Educational qualification of at least Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Basic proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali to coordinate with various teams.
