Store Manager cum Dispatch Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated person to manage our store operations and oversee the dispatch of goods with full responsibility. You will be the key person ensuring that inventory is tracked correctly and deliveries happen on time to keep our customers happy. This is a great chance for someone who is hardworking and wants to grow in the logistics and warehouse sector.

• Handle all store activities including receiving materials, proper storage, and issuing items. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure everything in the warehouse is properly labeled and stacked. Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles and plan daily dispatch schedules for timely delivery. Manage all courier documentation and tracking records without any errors. Drive 4-wheeler vehicles for moving materials when necessary (must have a valid license). Coordinate with the procurement team and guide the helpers to keep the store running smoothly. Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and follows all company compliance rules.

• Minimum 12th pass qualification is required for this role. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel/Office) and ability to read/write basic English. Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license and be comfortable driving for material movement. Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards work. Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
