Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure seamless retail processes.

Ensure exceptional customer service and handle grievances professionally.
Maintain inventory standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
Proven experience in retail sales and store management operations.
Strong leadership skills with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in Furniture or Retail sector is a big plus.
