Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to manage our Health & Beauty (Non-Food) section at Smile Hypermarket. If you have experience in retail and a passion for customer service, join our growing team in Varam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Health, Beauty, and Non-Food sections. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products. Guide and manage the sales staff to maintain high service standards. Ensure all shelves are neatly organized and products are correctly priced. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding beauty and health products. Report daily sales and stock movements to the store manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supermarket or retail environment is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills in the local language and basic English. Ability to manage inventory and handle fast-paced retail operations. Professional appearance and a customer-centric attitude.
