Join our elite team as a Technical Consultant specialized in Cisco UCCE to drive digital transformation for global clients. You will lead high-impact migration projects and develop innovative contact center solutions using our Uni digital engagement platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end migration projects from Cisco UCCE 12.x to higher versions. Develop and deploy solutions within the Cisco UCCE/UCCX 12.x suite, including IVR and CVP. Design complex call routing scripts and manage historical reporting systems. Perform CTI integrations with CRM platforms and manage outbound campaign workflows. Manage multi-channel deployments involving voice, video, and AI-powered chatbots. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors like Genesys and AWS Connect.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–4 years of hardcore hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE/UCCX 12.x. Proven track record in successful UCCE migration projects. Deep expertise in IVR, CVP, ICM, and CTI application development. Willingness to travel frequently to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Strong proactive mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
