Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide professional technical assistance via email, chat, and phone for Lenovo Gaming PCs and peripherals. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, including drivers, connectivity, and in-game errors. Offer step-by-step guidance on system optimization, performance tuning, and recommended gaming configurations. Accurately document all customer interactions in MSD systems and collaborate with engineering teams for escalations. Stay ahead of the curve by learning about the latest Legion products, overclocking, and thermal management technologies. Collect and share user feedback to help improve future gaming product features and support services.
Requirements:
Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory. Strong technical knowledge of PC hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM) and Windows OS. Experience with gaming platforms like Steam, Xbox Game Pass, and Epic Games. Ability to troubleshoot common issues like lag, FPS drops, and latency. Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and excellent problem-solving skills.
