Job Summary:
Join Sai Service Spares & Accessories as a Warehouse Assistant to streamline our inventory and dispatch operations. We are looking for energetic individuals to coordinate with tele-callers and picking teams to ensure timely delivery of automotive parts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect daily pick lists from tele-callers for order processing. Coordinate effectively with the picking team to gather required spares. Verify pick lists against bills meticulously before final dispatch. Ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time to meet service standards. Maintain and update all dispatch-related documentation and reports. Report operational status and issues to the concerned manager daily. Adhere strictly to the organization s uniform and code of conduct.
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification (HSC/Graduate preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates residing within a 20km radius of Feroke will be given priority. Basic understanding of documentation and dispatch processes.
