Workshop Helper and Production Assistant

• Provide active support to senior artisans in workshop production and assembly tasks.
• Handle material movement, cleaning, packing, and final finishing of luxury décor items.
• Assist the technical team during on-site installations and client visits as required.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and organized storage within the workshop area.
• Manage tools and arrange raw materials to ensure smooth daily production operations.
• Carefully follow all technical instructions provided by supervisors and master craftsmen.

• Minimum educational qualification of 8th or 10th pass is required.
• Must be physically fit and ready for hands-on manual work in a production unit.
• Prior experience as a helper is preferred, but freshers are also heartily welcome.
• Should be honest, punctual, and have a strong desire to learn craftsmanship.
• Ability to work well within a team in a professional in-house environment.
