Accounts Trainee - R2R & General Ledger

Mars Group of companies is inviting fresh graduates for an Accounts Trainee position to kickstart their career in finance. This is a perfect opportunity to get professional training in Record to Report (R2R) processes and general ledger maintenance.

• Perform Record to Report (R2R) activities including journal entries and ledger maintenance. Prepare and maintain general ledger (GL) accounts diligently. Assist the senior team in month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet items on a regular basis. Support the department in preparing financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all financial data. Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation during the training period.

• Candidate must be a graduate in any relevant stream. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply for this role. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel is required. Must be a quick learner with an eye for detail.
