- Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives including workforce planning and talent classification
- Manage performance management, rewards, and succession planning processes
- Analyse business unit data to identify trends and improve employee retention
- Develop and execute innovative employee engagement strategies and surveys
Requirements: - 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related domain
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
