Job Summary:
We are inviting a smart and organized professional to handle our management support and digital sales promotion activities. This is a brilliant opportunity to manage daily office operations while driving growth through LinkedIn and other premium online portals for a reputed firm.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting the senior management in streamlining daily routine activities and office workflows. Managing professional correspondence including emails, phone calls, and business appointments. Handling LinkedIn and various online portals to execute effective sales promotion strategies. Connecting with potential corporate clients and maintaining consistent online follow-ups. Meticulously maintaining business documents, daily reports, and data within MS Excel. Coordinating seamlessly with internal team members and external clients for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate qualification is mandatory for this position. At least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration or sales support. Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and management. Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Excel, Email, and general computer operations. Must be a responsible, smart, and well-organized individual capable of handling multiple tasks.
