• Maintain accurate student data including attendance, homework, and test records.
• Coordinate with faculty members for exam paper setting and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and academic updates.
• Assist in managing study materials, tests, and app-based communication channels.
• Provide counseling and guidance to prospective students about courses and batches.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and a disciplined environment within the institute.

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi and basic English are mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good typing speed and familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
• Preference for candidates residing within 46 km of Balajinagar, Katraj.
• Minimum 12th Pass qualification is required.
