Job Summary: Join Footprints Education as an earnest Relationship Executive to nurture mutually beneficial connections with parents and clients. You will play a key role in understanding their needs and advising them on our premium early education offerings. Roles & Responsibilities: - Handle incoming inquiries using Footprints systems to address all parental concerns. Communicate effective value propositions to highlight the organization s unique benefits. Proactively call system-assigned leads to pre-qualify them based on location and interests. Document all lead information accurately in the internal system following telecalls. Schedule follow-up calls to assess prospect interest and encourage center visits. Conduct post-visit follow-ups to convert prospects into successful admissions. Provide timely responses to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages daily. Complete all assigned follow-ups as per defined business workflows and requirements.
Requirements: - Any Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening. Proficiency in computer operations and exposure to CRM or Dialer systems. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle parent queries. High attention to detail and knowledge of educational programs.
