• Handle all incoming enquiry calls and WhatsApp messages from prospective students.
• Explain program details including course duration, fee structures, and career prospects confidently.
• Conduct in-person counselling sessions for students and parents visiting the Borivali campus.
• Proactively follow up with interested leads to guide them through the final admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and update lead statuses regularly.
• Coordinate the collection of admission documents and facilitate the fee payment process.

• Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or any Graduate degree.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp for business.
• Strong listening skills and a friendly, persuasive personality.
• Prior experience of 13 years in an educational institute or counselling role is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
