Admission & Student Success Counselor

Join Drona Education Foundation to manage the end-to-end student lifecycle at HRIT University. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can inspire prospective students through career counselling and provide continuous mentoring to ensure their academic success.

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career paths via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Consistently follow up with leads to achieve enrollment targets and convert prospects into admissions.
• Mentor an assigned portfolio of students post-admission, providing career guidance and goal-setting support.
• Assist students with professional grooming, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Manage student engagement and retention through continuous support and mentoring sessions.
• Maintain records and track lead status using CRM tools and MS Excel.

• Must be a Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors degree required).
• Experience of 0 to 3 years in admissions, counselling, or the EdTech sector.
• Strong persuasion skills and the ability to convert leads effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM software.
• Excellent command over communication to engage with students and parents.
