AI Product Manager - Healthcare RCM Systems

Join Credence Global Solutions to lead the strategic implementation of AI-driven solutions in the US Healthcare RCM sector. We are seeking a dynamic leader to bridge the gap between complex AI/ML technologies and operational excellence in revenue cycle management.

• Define and execute the AI product roadmap, including predictive analytics, NLP, and LLM-powered data agents for RCM.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML workflows from data ingestion and model training to API integration.
• Oversee agile development cycles, ensuring sprint planning aligns with AI feature prioritization and business impact.
• Collaborate with data scientists to establish prompt engineering guidelines and model evaluation metrics.
• Ensure all AI products comply with HIPAA, PHI, and ethical AI governance standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related Engineering field.
• 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on AI-driven products in US Healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of RCM processes (Coding, Billing, Claims, AR, and Denials).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI formats.
