Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations within the medical college and hospital premises.
Ensure all patient wards, clinics, and academic areas meet stringent hygiene standards.
Manage and train housekeeping staff to follow safety and sanitation protocols.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues to the department head.
Requirements:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hospital or large institutional setting.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Detailed knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment with high attention to detail.
