Assistant General Manager - Operations Clinic

We are seeking a high-caliber Assistant General Manager to spearhead operations across all our Chennai healthcare branches. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of managing clinics independently, ensuring top-notch service standards and operational excellence.

• Taking full ownership of operations for all existing and upcoming Chennai branches including Nandanam and Pallavaram. Leading and supervising a diverse team of doctors, therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, staff training, attendance, and payroll processing. Overseeing daily clinic administration, inventory control, procurement, and vendor relations. Monitoring financial health through diligent management of accounts, billing, collections, and profit-loss statements. Ensuring strict adherence to clinic hygiene, discipline, and premium patient care protocols. Resolving client grievances effectively to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. Coordinating marketing efforts and reporting branch performance directly to the CEO.

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in a managerial role within clinics, hospitals, or wellness centers. Expertise in handling complete business operations independently with a proven track record. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and advanced MS Excel is mandatory. Strong leadership, man-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Must be based in Chennai and willing to travel between various branch locations.
