Job Summary:
Take a lead role in managing critical service delivery at a premier Health Insurance TPA. We are looking for a strategic Assistant Manager to oversee CRM team activities, streamline claim registration processes, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through proactive escalation handling and team development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the field team to ensure all customer site visits are executed as per the designated schedule. Supervise daily operational volumes including document collection and query resolution accuracy. Conduct weekly and monthly one-on-one reviews with team members to simplify processes and address internal concerns. Review claim reports and coordinate with front-end teams to resolve registration issues, IR raised, and dummy claims. Analyze C-SAT/D-SAT feedback to identify communication gaps and implement targeted process improvements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for wellness-related activities and regional helpdesk support. Drive team performance through active mentoring and effective escalation management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the TPA (Third Party Administrator) or Health Insurance sector is mandatory. Strong background in CRM operations and team management. Ability to analyze data dumps and generate actionable reports for senior management. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination across various regions. Familiarity with claim reopening procedures and IR (Information Request) management.
