Assistant Manager - Technical Support (Biotech)

Universal Biotechnology is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for Technical Support to manage our extensive portfolio of ELISA kits, antibodies, and reagents. This role is perfect for a biotech professional who excels at scientific troubleshooting and high-level customer engagement.

• Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ELISA kits, antibodies, and molecular biology products.
• Troubleshoot experimental issues such as OD variations and signal problems, coordinating with international suppliers for resolution.
• Assist the sales team with technical inputs for quotations, tenders, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical reports, case summaries, and maintain documentation like COA and MSDS for customers.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and support marketing with technical content.

• M.Sc. or M.Tech in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, lab research, or the biotech industry.
• Hands-on expertise in ELISA, Western Blot, Cell Culture, and PCR techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex scientific data and protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for international supplier coordination.
