Associate - Data Analytics (Wealth Management)

Join TIAAs Global Capabilities team to drive data-driven insights for US-based Wealth & Investment Management operations. We are looking for a skilled Analyst to leverage SQL, Python, and Tableau to build sophisticated dashboards and influence strategic business decisions.

• Perform deep-dive data analysis and generate actionable insights to support financial business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau for global stakeholders.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from diverse sources including Snowflake.
• Utilize Python and Alteryx to automate data manipulation tasks and streamline analytical workflows.
• Conduct rigorous data quality assessments and validation to ensure the highest accuracy of reporting.
• Collaborate closely with US-based teams to translate complex business requirements into technical analytical solutions.
• Maintain version control of all analytical scripts and code using GIT.
• Support ad-hoc data exploration projects and contribute to data governance initiatives.

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of core experience in Data Analytics (6-9 years total professional experience preferred).
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and Snowflake data platform (minimum 3 years in Snowflake).
• Proven experience with Alteryx for data preparation and Tableau for advanced visualization.
• Strong understanding of Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management domains.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with US stakeholders.
• Capability to work in the specified shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST).
