Associate Lawyer for Banking & Legal Matters

Join JAS Financial Services, an approved law firm for prestigious banks like PNB and Bank of India, to handle critical legal portfolios. We are looking for dedicated Advocates to manage Title Search, Vetting Reports, and recovery matters across various Mumbai lines.

• Conducting detailed Title Search Reports and Vetting Reports for banking clients. Handling Legal Audits and representing matters related to Section 138 of the NI Act. Managing NCLT and SARFAESI proceedings to ensure effective legal recovery. Coordinating legal tasks across Central, Western, and Harbour lines in Mumbai. Performing daily legal operations and reporting to the senior counsel.

• Qualified Advocate with interest or experience in banking and financial law. Ability to manage legal matters independently across different Mumbai locations. Willingness to handle high-stakes cases like SARFAESI and NCLT. Proactive approach with the ability to join at the earliest.
