Asst. Security Officer - Operations & Command

Join G4S as an Assistant Security Officer to lead site-level operations and supervise guard personnel. We are looking for disciplined leaders with a background in security or defense to ensure safety and client satisfaction at premier sites.

• Lead and monitor all security operations, ensuring guards adhere to site-specific instructions (SSIs) and G4S protocols.
• Supervise deployment, conduct daily muster, and manage performance and discipline of the security team.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the client, addressing concerns and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee access control, patrolling, visitor management, and CCTV surveillance routines.
• Manage incidents such as fire or medical emergencies and prepare detailed investigation reports.

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation is preferred.
• 4–8 years in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer-level role.
• Background in Defence, Police, or Paramilitary is highly preferred.
• Physical standards: Minimum height of 170 cm and high level of alertness.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language with basic computer skills (MS Office).
